Returns

Distort will accept returns for the following reasons;

The wrong size and/or colour of product has been sent.

The product is damaged (NOT BY THE POSTAL SERVICE).

The product is defective.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Email Distort at: [email protected] with your order number and the issue.

If it is not an issue as described above, your request will be ignored.

YOU MUST FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS EMAILED TO YOU IF YOUR RETURN REQUEST IS ACCEPTED.

YOU must pay for the return shipping, the item must be in its original packaging, and the invoice sent to you must be included in the return package.

Any item sent without return approval will be kept and no refund shall be given.

You have 14 calendar days from when your package arrived to file for a return.

If your package gets lost in the post on its way to being returned we do not take any responsibility and a refund will not be issued. We advise that packages are sent insured up to the amount purchased for in case of such an event occuring.

Please note that any products purchased during a sale or have been discounted in ANY form cannot be returned.
